Feelin’ Blue ?
So, here’s a blog update to coincide with the latest photo release titled “Blue.” Are you feelin’ it? There’s a few things about this series I’d like to point out. This series represents a few changes in the way I’m going to deliver content to you.
First of all, you may have noticed that over the last 6 weeks, all galleries have been converted to a new navigation method similar to what I used a couple years ago. Now, when you’re “inside” a particular photo series, all the related sub-galleries, wallpapers, and other content are there in a sidebar on the left. You no longer have to go back and forth between pages to navigate sub-galleries. This is ultimately what I wanted over a year ago when the site was remodeled, but it took time to re-process all galleries. This “conversion” had to be completed before I posted “Blue” online and now it’s done!
Yeah, What You Said!
I’ve been listening to your comments on my blog, in my email, and on the street. Most of you (understandably) have asked for content more often. Of course, the artist in me always wants to shoot these huge photo sets with multiple gear-looks and hot bondage scenarios. But, that always involves multiple days of shooting, and even a longer timeframe to edit, modify, sort, delete, and prep galleries and wallpaper. Don’t get me wrong, I love this series and the wallpapers are some of the best I’ve ever done, but this series doesn’t feature an insane 400+ pics!
So — with some reluctance, I calmed myself down, came up with the concept for “Blue” and shot the series. As much as I have a million more ideas to enhance this series, it stands as my response to deliver content to you faster and not get myself wrapped up in complicated days of shooting just to please my ego. Now with this online, I’ll move onto the next shoot, moving faster to bring you hot kink and fetish pics!
Underwater Leather and Bondage Pics and Wallpaper
A bit about this series. Man, this was a challenge! How do you shoot underwater without a $700 waterproof camera housing? I’m not telling! But, I will tell you I did it for under $20! Logistically, it was hard for everyone to do this shoot. Good underwater photography is a bitch. Lighting, focus, and the water itself made capturing detail difficult. My method of shooting prevented my photographer from physically being “behind” the eye of the camera, so we had to shoot hundreds of shots to narrow down the shots that worked.
However, I love textures, and I just HAD to have this experience of full leather under water and this bondage series captures that! It’s an amazing sensation and my gear from this shoot is going on eBay in a few days for anyone interested! It survived remarkably well and I was amazed I didn’t have to trash it. Just imagine that heavy black leather soaked in water, saturated and weighing heavy all over your body, your hands glide over the water coated leather and the gear clings and pulls away from your flesh… It was a friggin amazing feeling! I hope the photos reveal that for you.
Lemme Fit This Up Your…Monitor!
Most of you know that the wallpapers are my favorite elements to create. I’m pretty passionate about ‘em and it I want more guys to enjoy them as well. It occurred to me when I was doing some testing that everyone has different screen resolutions and that someone with a widescreen monitor isn’t getting the full effect because the wallpaper is cropped off. In other situations, I’m sure some of you are scaling the images to fit your screen. This becomes a problem because the image will stretch out of shape, or potentially, start rasterizing; meaning the image clarity starts breaking apart.
As an example, I deliberately tried to show the beads of water on the rich grain of black leather, so it became clear to me that if I want you to see that crisp detail, I need to make sure you can see it at a 1:1 (one to one) ratio; meaning no scaling or stretching.
Still, I know that as I write this, some of you have old monitors with a low dot pitch (pixel density) or perhaps burnt out colors or fading performance which means none of my ramblings about color and detail matter for you. Not much I can do about that, but maybe you should stop at your local computer store and look at new monitors. It doesn’t hurt or cost anything to take a look! I have to confess, I’m spoiled with my monitor and I think many people underestimate the power of a crisp high-resolution screen and I think everyone should explore improving their online experience. Let’s face it, your monitor is everything! Without it, you can’t see anything online! If you’re stepping up to a new monitor, your whole web experience will change. I promise it won’t be just here at KidRacer-X. You have no idea what you’re missing if you have a piece-of-shit-monitor. Anyway, I’m just planting the seed for you and I’m drifting off-topic, so let’s go back to “Blue”…
So, this series represents the first to offer your gay fetish wallpapers in multiple screen dimensions to provide the best fit, style, and detail. The sizes offered now represent 80%-85% of all viewers. As an example, you’ll notice the widescreen wallpapers (1440×900) offers more image content than a 1024×768, but both sizes fit each screen perfectly. It was a challenge embarking on this new process since it literally meant creating three wallpapers for every one, but I hope you enjoy it and I’m anxious to hear your comments and feedback.
Obviously, it’s impossible to design wallpapers for all screen sizes, but if you do have to scale a wallpaper because your screen size isn’t offered in this wallpaper, you have very close choices for fitment that will get you closer to a perfect fit than ever before.
“Blue” should now accommodate more of you hot studs looking to fill your screen to the max with gear fetish erotica so you can bust a nut!
Wallpaper Now Available in the Series “Blue”:
• 1024×768 (scales perfectly for 800×600)
• 1440×900 (scales perfectly for 1920×1200, 1600×1000, 1680×1050, and 1280×800)
• 1280×1024 (just big enough to require it’s own wallpaper)
So now that it’s online, a friend recently asked that if I enjoy the wallpaper process so much, why not skip the photo galleries and just focus on wallpapers for everyone? I shrugged it off at first, but after a couple days, I thought I would pose the question to you. What would you think if I stopped producing regular photo galleries and started shifting my work towards wallpapers only? I think I already know the answer, but like I said — I have to ask!

Incredible! I love the new set. I don’t know how you managed to get some of those shots. And the Wallpapers! Stunning! I don’t think I’ve ever seen pictures online that were so clear and detailed. I do like the photo galleries, but sacrificing them to get more wallpapers like this seems to be a good deal.
